Pure Kraft Refrigerated Barbecue Ranch Dressing 16 fl oz [450 g] 2 cups [500 mL]
bacon bits 2 oz. [60 g] 1/3 cup [75 mL]
Beans
Ritz Crackers, finely crushed 12 oz. [340 g] 3 cups [750 mL]
cayenne pepper 1 oz. [30 g] 1/4 cup [50 mL]
garlic powder - 2 Tbsp. [30 mL]
fresh green beans, trimmed 4 lb. [1.8 kg] 3 qt. [3 L]
eggs, lightly beaten 16 fl oz [450 g] 8 each
flour 1 lb. [450 g] 1 qt. [1 L]

Directions

DIPPING Sauce: Combine dressing and bacon bits. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BEANS:
MIX cracker crumbs and seasonings.

TOSS beans with eggs in large bowl. Remove beans from bowl, reserving eggs in bowl. Coat beans with flour, then toss with remaining eggs. Coat evenly with cracker crumb mixture.

HEAT oil in deep fryer to 350ºF. Add beans, in small batches; cook 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

SERVE warm with Dipping Sauce.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Note
For best results, deep fry the green beans immediately after coating them with the crumb mixture. If allowed to stand for an extended period of time, the breading will become soggy.
