Ingredients:

Boston lettuce, separated into leaves 9 lb. [4 kg] -
boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced 18 lb. [8.1 kg] -
Kraft Gourmet Ranch Dressing 4 lb. [2 kg] 2-1/4 qt. [2.25 L]
apples, sliced 9 lb. [4 kg] 2-1/4 gal. [9 L]
dried cranberries 1 lb. [790 g] 4-1/2 cups [1125 mL]
slivered almonds, toasted 1 lb. [510 g] 4-1/2 cups [1125 mL]
Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese 2 lb. [1 kg] 2-1/4 qt. [2.25 L]
FOR each serving: Place 2 oz. (60 g) lettuce leaves on serving plate; top with 4 oz. (115 g) chicken and 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) dressing. Arrange 1/2 cup (125 mL) apples around chicken. Top with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) each cranberries and nuts, and 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) cheese.
Substitute
Prepare using romaine hearts.
Note
To help prevent the apple slices from turning brown, toss them with a little lemon juice before adding to salad.
